DALLAS (June 23, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Brandt Rensmeyer as associate in the Dallas/Ft. Worth office. Brandt will focus on landlord representation and land brokerage alongside the Dallas/Ft. Worth team.
Rensmeyer joins SRS with two years of experience from The Woodmont Company. There, he leased Southlake Park Village, a 190,000-square-foot specialty market with restaurant and retail shops. Rensmeyer’s role gained him hands-on experience with lease negotiations, prospecting, and working with institutional landlords. He was also responsible for leasing reports, merchandising plans, and overseeing various construction processes. Additionally, Rensmeyer has been involved with managing accounts payable and vendor relations.
Rensmeyer has a bachelor’s degree in human resources and business management from Texas A&M University. He is a Dallas A&M Club committee chair and has successfully planned and executed several events for the group. He has also raised donations for scholarship funding and strengthened relationships throughout the DFW area among Aggies and other community members.
