SRS Real Estate Partners announced today it has completed the $6.05 million sale of a 14,960-square-foot multi-tenant retail center located at 3701 SW College Road in Ocala, Florida. Situated on 1.15 acres, the property was built in 1991 and was renovated and re-tenanted in 2024. It is fully occupied by Lumber Liquidators, IVXpress, Dan’s Fan City and MUV Dispensary.
SRS Capital Markets Executive Vice President & Market Leader Patrick Nutt, Senior Vice President William Wamble and Associate Daniel Becker who are based in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa, represented the seller, a Florida-based private investor. The buyer was a South Florida-based private investor.
“Multi-tenant retail properties remain in high demand and there is limited for-sale inventory when compared with other sectors of net-leased retail,” said Wamble. “We had considerable interest in this asset, ranging from larger funds to individual 1031 exchange investors despite market headwinds.”
The property is in a favorable location directly off Interstate 75 and is an outparcel to Home Depot. It is also less than a mile from Paddock Mall, one of Martin County’s premier shopping destinations.
