The McDonald’s is well positioned as an outparcel to the Hill Country Galleria, a 152 acre Class A development comprised of restaurants, shopping and entertainment retailers as well as first-class office and residential space.
“The investment represents a stable asset with an investment grade tenant in a high barrier to entry market.
