AUSTIN (August 6, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced the sale of the Leander Marketplace shopping center located at 2800 South Bagdad Road in Leander, Texas. The property is approximately 9,600-square-feet and was 91 percent occupied at the time of sale. It is located across from Leander High School, with a combined enrollment of over 2,350 students and staff members. Tenants include Anytime Fitness, Marco’s Pizza, Super Donuts and Subway.
“The shopping center has a strong tenant line-up with staggered lease expirations mitigating rollover risk,” said Jason Middlebrook, vice president of investment sales for the Austin/San Antonio office. “Making the property further attractive to the new owner was the upside of leasing the remaining vacancy.”
