ATLANTA (August 21, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners represented Paces Properties, Inc. in the leasing of a 6,504-square-foot space to Edwin Watts Golf Shops. The new golf shop opened August 11, 2012 at Retreat Village which is located at the intersection of Demere Road and Frederica Road on St. Simons Island, Ga.
Paces Properties, Inc. is an Atlanta developer who is finalizing a $1 million renovation to Retreat Village which also includes Winn-Dixie, H&H Lifestyles and Bonefish Grill.
