ORLANDO, FLA. (October 1, 2012) – Genetic Fitness has signed a 13,813-square-foot sublease at 4110 Winter Garden Vineland Road in Winter Garden, Fla. The freestanding building is located at the Lake Butler Boulevard intersection. The fitness center plans to open in October.
“SRS wanted to appropriately backfill this space with a tenant that compliments this market,” said John Artope, executive vice president and market leader for the SRS Orlando and Tampa offices. “There are a limited number of fitness centers that cater to the expanding Winter Garden / Windermere communities, and Genetic Fitness can fill that void.”
