PHOENIX (June 10, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce that the CVS Pharmacy has leased a 12,000-square-foot space in the Main Gate Square located at 825 E University Boulevard in Tucson, Ariz. The space is located at the northeast corner of University Boulevard and Euclid Avenue near the University of Arizona Campus; tenants in the project include Pei Wei Asian Diner, Jimmy John’s, Urban Outfitters and Tucson Marriott University Park. CVS plans to open by the start of school in late summer of 2013.
