ORLANDO, Fla. (April 29, 2015) – Chicken Salad Chick has signed a lease for a 3,000-square-foot space at the Plaza on University shopping center. The development is located at the northwest corner of University Boulevard and Alafaya Trail directly across from the University of Central Florida. The restaurant concept features homemade chicken salads, side salads, desserts and beverages.
