Martin Smith, along with the firm Haag-Brown of Arkansas, represented America’s Thrift, in the leasing of 44,667 square feet of space at Cloverdale Village in Florence, Ala. He also represented the tenant, Freddy’s Frozen Custard, in the purchase of land on Mary Taylor Road and Highway 11 in Trussville, Ala. Mr. Smith represented the landlord, The Menlo Companies, in the sale of 10,656 square feet former Rite Aid building at 2403 Florence Boulevard in Florence, Ala. to Peak Performance.
Cooper Smith represented the tenant, Regulatory Solutions, in the leasing of 6,521 square feet of space at 3212 6th Avenue South in Birmingham, Ala. He also represented the landlord, SoHo Partners, in the leasing of 2,141 square feet of space at SoHo Square in Homewood, Ala. to Reli Settlement.
Martin Smith and Cooper Smith represented the landlord, Arcadian Capital Group, in the leasing of 4,000 square feet of space to Capone’s Italian Restaurant and 10,000 square feet of space to Party Wow at Florence Square in Florence, Ala. They also represented the landlord, Bojangles Restaurants, Inc., in the leasing of 3,386 square feet of space at 660` Highway 69 South in Tuscaloosa, Ala., to Tut’s Grill. Martin and Cooper also represented the landlord, Inland Diversified Real Estate Services in the leasing of 9,858 square feet of space to ULTA and 4,800 square feet of space to DT Grinders Restaurant at The Shoppes of Madison in Madison, Ala.
Hamilton Huber represented the tenant, Tut’s Grill, in the leasing of 3,386 square feet of space at 6601 Highway 69 South in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

Represented the landlord, RGS Properties, in the leasing of 2,612 square feet of space to Gear Gaming and 486 square feet of expansion space to Lung Rocket Enterprises at Hoover Court in Hoover, Ala.
