An overview of SRS Real Estate Partners in Birmingham latest deals include the following:
Martin Smith and Cooper Smith represented the landlord, Arcadian Capital Group, in the leasing of 4,000 square feet to Capone’s Italian Restaurant and 10,000 square feet of space to Party Wow at Florence Square in Florence, Ala. They also represented the landlord, Bojangles Restaurants, Inc., in the leasing of 3,386 square feet of space at Alabama Highway 69 in Tuscaloosa, Ala. to Tut’s Grill. Martin and Cooper also represented the landlord, Inland Group, in the leasing of 10,016 square feet of space to ULTA at The Shoppes of Madison in Madison, Ala. They also represented the landlord, Rodgers and Dinken Properties, in the sale of land at Mary Taylor Road and Highway 11 in Trussville, Ala. to Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers.
Martin Smith and Hamilton Huber represented the landlord, Cypress Equities, in the leasing of 9,012 square feet of space at Tannehill Promenade in Bessemer, Ala. to Five Below. They also represented the landlord, RGS Properties, in the lease expansion of 486 square feet of space at Hoover Court in Hoover, Ala. to Lung Rocket Enterprises.
Martin Smith and Amelia Hearin represented the landlord, New Market Properties, in the leasing of 1,500 square feet of space at Southgate Village in Pelham, Ala. to Goodwill. They also represented the landlord, New Market Properties, in the lease expansion of 2,075 square feet at Southgate Village to Lendmark Financial.
Martin Smith represented the tenant, Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, in the purchase of land at Mary Taylor Road and Highway 11 in Trussville, Ala.
Hamilton Huber represented the tenant, Tut’s Grill, in the leasing of 3,386 square feet of space at Alabama Highway 69 in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
