Martin Smith represented the owner in the sale of a 3,256 square foot building at 159 State Farm Parkway in Homewood, Ala., to Tacala. He represented the landlord in the lease of 9,040 square feet of space at 1525 Skyland Boulevard in Tuscaloosa, Ala., to Family Dollar. Martin also represented the tenant, Results Physiotherapy, in the lease of 2,000 square feet of space at 1302 2nd Avenue SW in Cullman, Ala.
Martin Smith and Cooper Smith represented the owner in the sale of an 8,125 square foot building located at 17837 US Highway 72 in Athens, Ala. They represented the landlord in the lease of 5,188 square feet of space at The Promenade at Tutwiler Farms in Trussville, Ala., to My Salon Suite. Martin and Cooper also represented the landlord in the lease of 3,200 square feet of space at Florence Square in Florence, Ala., to Brow and Lash Bar.
Cooper Smith represented the tenant, US Bank, in the lease renewal of 4,777 square feet of space at 2204 Lakeshore Drive in Homewood, Ala. He represented the landlord in the lease of 20,000 square feet of space at Hueytown Village in Hueytown, Ala. to CitiTrends. Cooper also represented the tenant, Flex Fitness, in the lease of 35,000 square feet of space at3679 Roosevelt Boulevard in Trussville, Ala.
Martin Smith and Amelia Hearin represented the landlord in the lease of 5,200 square feet of space at Fultondale Promenade in Fultondale, Ala., to City Gear.
Martin Smith, Hamilton Huber, and Michael Byrne represented the landlord, Cypress Equities, in the following closed deals at Midtown Village in Tuscaloosa, Ala.:
- Lease of 2,823 square feet of space to Fuku Ramen & Rice
- Lease of 1,400 square feet of space to Vintage Cotton, and
- Lease Renewal of 10,995 square feet of space to Chuck E. Cheese.
Hamilton Huber represented the tenant, Young America Insurance, in the following lease deals:
- 1,200 square feet of space at 439 Fieldstown Road in Gardendale, Ala.
- 1,560 square feet of space at Cullman Row East, 1302 2nd Avenue SW, in Cullman, Ala.
- 1,500 square feet of space at 567 1st Street North in Alabaster, Ala.; and
- 2,700 square feet of space in the Palisades Shopping Center in Homewood, Ala.
Martin Smith and Michael Byrne represented the landlord in the lease of 4,500 square feet of space at the Shoppes at Bristol Park in Northport, Ala., to La Gran Fiesta.
Leigh Dale Younce represented the tenant, Shiso Japanese, in the purchase of a 6,929 square foot building located at 6945 Airport Boulevard in Mobile, Ala.
