DENVER (August 16, 2012) – Rue21 has signed a lease for a 4,662-square-foot space located in Sterling, Colo. The property is located on the southeast corner of 14th Avenue and W. Main Street. Major area retail includes Super Wal-Mart, Maurice’s, Payless Shoe Source, and Buckle. Rue21 is expected to open in the fall of 2012 and offers apparel and accessories for young men and women. They currently have over 835 stores in operation and are located in 46 states. The company is headquartered in Warrendale, PA.
