SRS Real Estate Partners has strengthened its Florida team with the addition of veteran retail advisors Willow Ferrelli and Sandi Bargfrede, who join the firm as Senior Vice Presidents. The pair will partner closely with SRS’ existing team across the state to support tenant and landlord representation, as well as mixed-use and ground-up development leasing.
Ferrelli and Bargfrede join SRS from ACRE Commercial, where both served in leadership roles and were instrumental in driving retail and mixed-use leasing strategy throughout Florida. They bring more than three decades of experience each and a strong track record of executing high-value transactions and shaping successful retail environments in high-growth markets.

Ferrelli specializes in tenant representation and the strategic leasing of urban, infill and community-driven retail developments. Her completed transactions total more than $550 million and her client roster includes leading developers such as Columnar Commercial, Millcreek, and Harbour Retail Partners, as well as national retailers including Nothing Bundt Cakes and Hair Cuttery. In addition, Ferrelli brings a unique ownership perspective, having owned and operated a specialty boutique shop in Winter Park, Florida.
Bargfrede focuses on tenant and landlord representation, as well as ground-up, mixed-use development leasing. She has completed transactions exceeding $500 million in value, with extensive experience supporting high-growth development activity across Central Florida. Her client roster includes developers such as MAA, Camden Property Trust, and Brixmor, as well as retail brands including H&H Bagels, Bark Suds, Bosphorous, and Drybar. Prior to ACRE, she served as Director of Real Estate for Value Financial, where she helped scale the company from three locations to more than 120 stores nationwide, overseeing site selection, lease negotiations and store development.
Joining alongside Ferrelli and Bargfrede are Serenity Lorenz and Kelsey Williams, who will serve as Senior Associates, and Sammy Gabbai as Transaction Associate.
Prior to ACRE, Lorenz was a leasing associate with Equity Investment Services where she delivered creative leasing strategy and advisory services to property owners across Florida. Prior to ACRE, Williams was a tenant representative with The Shopping Center Group. Williams brings a strong track record of delivering value to clients through deep industry knowledge, creative deal-making, and a unique ability to structure and execute transactions. Gabbai was previously a leasing associate at ACRE and currently serves on the ICSC Next Gen Florida Committee.
