Sammy Gabbai

Sammy joined SRS in 2026 as a Transaction Associate. She assists with transactions for clients, working to move deals efficiently from opportunity identification through closing. She serves as a facilitator throughout the transaction process, helping ensure seamless communication, strong execution, and long-term relationship building between clients, team members, and industry partners. She brings a strong work ethic, a client-focused mindset, and a commitment to growth within the industry. Prior to joining SRS, Sammy was a leasing associate at ACRE Commercial. She has held internship roles across a variety of service lines, where she developed her passion for retail leasing and brokerage.

Sammy earned a B.S. in Real Estate from Florida State University. She is an active member of ICSC and serves on the ICSC Next Gen Florida Committee and ICSC Local Orlando Planning Committee.
