SRS Real Estate Partners announced today the continued expansion of its Industrial platform with the addition of three professionals in the firm’s Newport Beach office. Ian Diaz and Tyler Gebauer join as Vice Presidents, and Sean Harlow joins as an Associate. All three come to SRS from Marcus & Millichap.
“Our Industrial platform is in growth mode, and expanding in Southern California is a critical part of our strategy,” said David Pinsel, Managing Principal, National Industrial Services. “Southern California’s submarkets remain among the most active and competitive industrial markets in the country. Strengthening our SoCal team will serve as a springboard for our continued expansion nationwide, with additional growth planned in key industrial markets in the coming year.”
Diaz and Gebauer will focus on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial real estate throughout Southern California. They previously co-led Marcus & Millichap’s industrial team in the region, advising owners and investors across a wide range of industrial assets. Both are graduates of the University of Arizona.
Harlow will specialize in commercial investment and leasing. He is a graduate of Oregon State University and played eight seasons in the NFL before beginning his commercial real estate career.
This expansion follows the recent addition of Richard Schwartz, Joey Reaume, and Nick Moscicki in Southern California, further strengthening SRS’s Industrial platform and positioning the firm for its next phase of nationwide growth.
