Ian Diaz

Ian Diaz joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as a Vice President on the industrial team. Ian focuses on the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial real estate throughout Southern California, specifically in Orange County. With his familiarity with the market, along with his competitive and hardworking nature, Ian strives to provide an unmatched level of expertise and professionalism to meet and exceed his clients’ goals. Prior to joining SRS, Ian was at Marcus & Millichap where he led their Industrial Division in Newport Beach.

Ian graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in political science with an emphasis on international relations and business. He also completed a minor in business administration and finance.
