DALLAS (August 7, 2012) – In-N-Out Burger has purchased a 38,201-square-foot pad site located on the northeast corner of William D. Tate Avenue and Highway 114 in Grapevine, Texas. Neighboring retailers include P.F. Chang’s Bistro, Outback Steakhouse, Classic Chevrolet, and Cost Plus World Market.
