CHICAGO (January 13, 2015) –– SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS), announced today that Honest-1 Auto Care has leased a 8,913-square-foot freestanding building just south of the southwest corner of Ogden Avenue (Route 34) and Eola Road in Aurora, Ill., joining area tenants McDonald’s, Starbuck’s and BP Amoco. The new Honest-1 Auto Care is planning its grand opening in the first quarter of 2015.
The opening also marks the first Honest-1 Auto Care location to open in the Chicagoland area. Brad Neuman and Timothy Fiedler, Regional Developers for the national franchise, plan to develop 20-25 centers across the market. The duo expects the brand’s second center to open in the Highland Park community.
