DALLAS (February 11, 2013) – Hartman Income REIT has leased a 1,800-square-foot space to Rusty Barn, a new upscale burger bar that will serve craft brews, at Richardson Heights Shopping Center in Richardson. It is expected to open this spring 2013. Richardson Heights Shopping Center is located at Belt Line Road and U.S. 75 (North Central Expressway). The shopping center features the first Dallas/Fort Worth location for Austin-based Alamo Drafthouse, which is currently under construction and expected to open in the spring.
