DALLAS (May 4, 2016) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) has elected Garrett Colburn, executive vice president and market leader in the Newport Beach office, to the Board of Members. As a member of the Board, Garrett will participate in the governance and strategy of the company by working in concert with management to achieve the company’s financial, operational, and community-based goals and objectives.

Garrett joined SRS in 2011 and was quickly promoted to senior vice president and market leader. He currently leads the Southern California market alongside Terrison Quinn, who joined SRS in October of last year. Garrett has been instrumental in recruiting high quality teams and in the extreme growth seen in the Newport Beach office. Garrett's team now boasts a powerhouse project leasing team as well as an industry leading national net lease group, that were both implemented to better position the office to capitalize on the dynamic market and grow market share.
Garrett is consistently recognized by the industry and by his clients. He has been selected as a Chain Store Age Power broker, CoStar Power Broker, Real Estate Forum's Retail Leasing Broker of the Year and Planet Fitness' Broker of the Year for the past several years.
