DALLAS (August 13, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced today that FREEB!RDS WORLD BURRITO has selected seven new locations slated to open in Central California later this year.
The seven sites in California are located in Sacramento, Tracy, Fresno, Clovis, Turlock, and two sites in Modesto and all were acquired from Qdoba franchisee 4G Management. All locations will be converted to company owned and operated FREEB!RDS WORLD BURRITO locations and range from 2,000-4,000 square feet.
Locations and opening dates are as follows:
- FREEB!RDS Sacramento, is located at 2281 Del Paso Rd., and is scheduled to open on August 14, 2012
- FREEB!RDS Tracy, located at 1920 W. 11th St., is scheduled to open on August 16, 2012
- FREEB!RDS Fresno, at 2784 West Shaw Ave. will open in late September, 2012
- FREEB!RDS Clovis, at 1755 Herndon Ave., will open in late September, 2012
- Two Modesto FREEB!RDS, at 3601 Pelandale Ave. and 1707 McHenry Ave., will open in late October, 2012
- FREEB!RDS Turlock, located at 3202 Countryside Dr., will open in November, 2012
The fast-casual food chain is owned by the Tavistock Group private equity firm of Emeryville and has 30 locations nationwide. The first FREEB!RDS opened near the University of California, Santa Barbara, campus in 1987.
