CHICAGO (August 8, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS), announced today that Famous Dave’s has signed a lease for 3,600-square-feet at the Evergreen Pointe shopping center in Evergreen Park, Ill. The new Famous Dave’s will be located on the south east corner of Francisco Street and 95th Street directly across the street from Little Company of Mary Hospital.
