ATLANTA (February 29, 2016) – SRS Real Estate Partners has brokered a recent lease to Emory Rehabilitation at Village at Park Bridge in Alpharetta, Ga. which is owned by Birmingham, Ala. based Fairway Investments. Emory Rehabilitation has signed a lease for space consisting of 2,033 square feet and is scheduled to open in the summer of 2016. Village at Park Bridge is located at 4180-4190 Old Milton Pkwy., just north of the intersection of State Bridge Rd. and Kimball Bridge Rd. Co-tenants include Starbucks, Shane’s Rib Shack, I Love Juice Bar, Southern Hearing and Jimmy John’s.
