Chuy’s Expands into Kissimmee’s Tourist Corridor

ORLANDO, FLA. (March 7, 2013) – Chuy’s authentic Tex Mex flavors can soon be found in western Kissimmee’s expanding Black Lake Village. The 7,500-square-foot restaurant with 2,000-square-foot patio will neighbor Joe’s Crab Shack at Black Lake Road and Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee, Fla. The Texas-based chain is scheduled to open on March 19th.

“We are excited to see Chuy’s entering the greater Orlando market,” said Jason Kaiser, CCIM, senior vice president for the SRS Orlando office. “This is a unique, underserved concept that will greatly benefit from the West Highway 192 tourist population and expanding residential base.”

Joseph Schuemann of BlueRock Commercial Real Estate Services and Sean Kipp of Foremark, LTD. represented the tenant, Chuy’s Opco, Inc., in the transaction. Jason Kaiser, CCIM of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Black Lake Investors, LLC..
