SRS Real Estate Partners announced today it has completed the $3.75 million sale of a 2,494-square-foot Chipotle property located at 23250 US-27 in Lake Wales, FL. Situated on 1.09 acres, the property was delivered in 2025 and has a 15-year, corporate-guaranteed absolute triple net lease in place.
SRS Capital Markets Executive Vice President & Principal William Wamble, Senior Managing Principal Patrick Nutt, and Associate Connor Barton represented the seller, a Florida-based retail developer. The buyer was a Florida-based private investor undergoing a tax-deferred 1031 exchange.
