PHOENIX (April 25, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce that AutoNation has sold a 63,710-square-foot disposition parcel, located at the hard corner of the northeast corner of Camelback Road and 27th Avenue, Phoenix to Circle K Stores, Inc. Circle K plans to open during the 4th quarter of this year. SRS previously sold the 9.87 acre disposition parcel wrapping the Circle K site to Nuevo Cominenza, LLC on December 12, 2012.
