Ray Uttenhove has been recognized as the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors top retail producer for the fourth straight year, thanks to deals involving longtime clients that included major names such as American Multi Cinema, Toys “R” Us, TJ Maxx, Old Navy and Marshalls.
Uttenhove joined Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners in June 2005 after a 25-year career in retail with CBRE Inc. She is the leader of the Atlanta office, and serves on the SRS board of directors. Her educational background includes a master’s degree in art and education from Georgia State University.
