Sprouts Farmers Market (NYSE: SFM), an American organic grocer headquartered in Phoenix, signed a 30,000-square-foot lease to anchor Dollinger Properties’ new retail center in San Jose.
Located at the southwest corner of East Brokaw and Old Oakland Rd., Sprouts@Brokaw is a 150,000-square-foot community center that will break ground later this year.
No other tenants have been announced for Sprouts@Brokaw, but Damon Scholl, Dollinger’s vice president of development and acquisitions, said the company is in lease negotiations with about 30 tenants.
Bob Berndt and Sarah Edwards of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Sprouts in negotiations.
