Kornwasser Realty Advisors sold the Paradise Hills Shopping Center at 10602 N. 32nd St. in Phoenix, AZ to Abington Emerson Investments for $9.25 million, or approximately $117 per square-foot.
Built in 1962, the 79,105-square-foot center sits on 8.6 acres in the East Phoenix Retail submarket of Maricopa County.
