Over Easy, Inc. on Tuesday, Oct. 6., officially opened its second location in the Birmingham area at Dolly Creek Station shopping center in Vestavia Hills.
The new 4,200-square-foot store is located at 2409 Acton Road in Birmingham.
Over Easy is now open for breakfast and lunch at the Acton Road location, according to a release from the company.
The restaurant specializes in breakfast and lunch made from locally sourced organic ingredients. Owner Steven Jackson open the first location in 2010, located in 358 Hollywood Boulevard, Birmingham, Ala.
