Sawtooth Cookhouse Crestline LLC, a Cassimus company, has signed a 2,500-square-foot lease at 49 Church Street in Mountain Brook’s Crestline Village, according to a release by Shannon Waltchack.

Adam Baxter of SRS Real Estate Partners handled the lease for the tenant, and Shannon Waltchack’s Tim Blair represented the landlord, DCDG LLC.

In April, we reported that Cassimus was in negotiations for the space that will be home to his new restaurant concept, Sawtooth Cookhouse.

Cassimus appeared before the Mountain Brook city council in March for approval for the restaurant.

According to Cassimus’ personal website, the Sawtooth Cookhouse brand will launch this summer with locations in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham.
