Monterey Rancho Mirage LLC sold the retail building at 8881 Warner Ave. in Huntington Beach, CA to a private investor for $6.44 million, or about $190 per square foot.
The 33,876-square-foot, freestanding building was constructed in 1973 on 1.6 acres. The property features pylon signage, dedicated parking and is located across the street from the new Smart & Final Extra grocery store.
Terrison Quinn, Casey Mahony and Adam Handfield of SRS Real Estate Partners represented both the seller and buyer in the sale.
