Forge Capital Partners and The Sembler Co. purchased the Shannon Crossing Shopping Center at 4550 Jonesboro Rd. in Union City, GA for $15.6 million, or approximately $170 per square foot, from Schottenstein Realty Co.
The shopping center is 101,174 square feet and situated on 12.4 acres with frontage on Jonesboro Rd. and I-85. Kroger anchors the shopping center and occupies 57,036 square feet.
Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller. The buyer was self -represented. The Sembler Company will be leasing and managing the center.
