SRS Real Estate Partners has added William Crisp Realty LLC in New York City. The move includes the addition of four new team members who will continue to operate at their Fifth Avenue office location.
William Crisp joins SRS as a senior vice president. Alan R. Jones and James M. O’Brien will serve as vice presidents, and Arielle Singer becomes a senior associate with the firm.
Crisp began his career in real estate at Foot Locker, handling expansion for the brand until 2001 when he founded his own real estate company. He comes to SRS with more than 40 years of real estate experience, with a focus on tenant representation for high-profile retailers.
Jones brings more than 45 years of experience in commercial real estate, having served with real estate departments for Payless Shoe Source and Taco Bell in addition to working in global development for retailers Arc’Teryx and Salomon Brands.
O’Brien has 37 years of retail leasing experience across all aspects including tenant representation, property management, and landlord leasing. His extensive client list includes Neuhaus Chocolate and Samsonite.
Singer began her career with William Crisp Realty three years ago. She is proficient in marketing, research, prospecting, lease review and negotiations. Her first assignment was with Retail Group of America, later working with clients including Smythson and New Balance.
