Colorado Springs (June, 2021) – SRS Real Estate Partners, Denver is pleased to announce the facilitation of the recent sale of the former Sears at Chapel Hills Mall in Colorado Springs, Colorado. SRS Managing Partner Erik Christopher represented the seller, Northwood Investors. Evergreen Devco purchased the 12.6 acres with the former Sears building for $5.7 million. Evergreen has plans to demolish the Sears and construct a 300 unit apartment complex called Outlook Briargate. “SRS was pleased to represent Northwood and found a great buyer and partner with Evergreen Devco.
