ATLANTA (April 26, 2017) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) is pleased to announce that the project leasing team in Atlanta has secured a lease with Momonoki, a new concept by the team behind Brush Sushi Izakaya, at Modera by Mill Creek – Midtown in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. Momonki, a chef driven sushi and modern Japanese restaurant, will consist of 2,268 square feet of street level restaurant space with a large patio. The new location is scheduled to open in late 2017 and will offer a concept emphasizing on Japanese comfort cuisine. Brush Sushi Izakaya opened its first restaurant location in March of 2016 in downtown Decatur.

Modera by Mill Creek – Midtown is located at the intersection of 8th Street and Williams Street, across from the NCR’s new headquarters. The residential tower consists of 29 stories and includes 435 state-of-the-art luxury apartment units along with 12,000 square feet ground floor high-end restaurant and retail space. The project is set to finish construction in the fall of 2017.
