SRS Real Estate Partners Welcomes Travis Fidel to National Net Lease Group in Newport Beach Office

DALLAS (June 8, 2016) – SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Travis Fidel as an associate in the Newport Beach office. He is joining the National Net Lease Group (NNLG) established by Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther, where he will focus on single-tenant net lease investment properties, 1031 exchange buyer tracking and fulfillment, and will be responsible for cross-selling all NNLG listed inventory to buyer and broker requirements centrally received by the platform. He has a background in marketing and investment banking which both led him to transition into commercial real estate.

Fidel joins SRS from CBRE, Inc, and has an extensive background in research and analysis using CoStar and Exceligent. He also has experience creating advertising campaigns and tracking performances through Google Analytics and AdWords.

Fidel has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado where he was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as the Urban Land Institute.
