SRS Real Estate Partners has completed the $4.02 million sale of a Curaleaf property located at 3704 84th Avenue Circle E in Sarasota, FL. Built in 2005 and situated on 1.55 acres, the 4,225-square-foot property has eight years remaining on its corporate-guaranteed absolute triple net lease.
SRS Capital Markets Executive Vice President & Principal William Wamble and Senior Managing Principal Patrick Nutt represented the seller, a Florida-based private investor. The buyer was a New York-based private investor who was in a 1031 exchange.
“Curaleaf Holdings is the leading national provider of consumer cannabis products,” said Wamble. “This well-located property garnered significant investor interest and this sale marks the 28th dispensary property our team has sold over recent years.”
The property is next to University Walk, a Publix-anchored retail center, and is near several new developments including 3H Ranch, a master-planned community.
