William Donlon joined SRS in 2025 as an Associate with the capital markets team in the New York office. Prior to joining SRS, William was with SAB Capital, where he worked alongside the National Net Lease team. Specializing in investment sales, William focuses on the acquisition and disposition of net lease retail nationwide. William takes pride in creating and fostering long-term relationships by leveraging his strong market knowledge, competitive drive, and interpersonal skills. William holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and entrepreneurship from The Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at The University of Delaware.
