Tyler McRae joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023. With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Tyler has worked with a vast network of retail clients, landlords, developers, brokers, and investors from across the country. He helped grow a South Florida boutique real estate firm into a multi-market, regional company that exceeded $1 Billion in sales in both 2005 and 2006. Prior to joining SRS, Tyler was a founding Partner of Meridian Retail Group and a partner of Calusa Asset Partners, assisting emerging retail brands with their site selection and development across the Southeastern United States and Texas.

Tyler studied Finance at the University of Florida from 2000-2004 and was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. An advocate of wetlands and waterfowl conservation, Tyler has served on the board of multiple chapters of Ducks Unlimited.
