Tyler Isbell joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2010. With over 20 years of real estate experience, Tyler specializes in tenant representation with a concentration on top entertainment concepts like Alamo Drafthouse, while also providing comprehensive leasing, sales and consulting services for restaurants and pad site users, including Truist Bank, Taco Bell, Chase Bank, Bottled Blonde, Origin Bank, Circle K, Golden Chick and Heff’s Burgers.
Tyler also focuses on landlord representation, redevelopment and new construction by working in coordination with owners and developers of shopping centers, power centers and mixed-use projects. Some of his most notable deals include a comprehensive redevelopment of the Richardson Heights Shopping Center from 70% vacant to a regional entertainment destination, Southgate Marketplace, a 73-acre, +/- 500,000 SF power center in Fort Worth and Creekside, an Alamo Drafthouse anchored redevelopment in Lake Highlands.
Experience
Prior to joining SRS, Tyler was the director of acquisitions for El Fenix Mexican Restaurant. He has also held broker positions at The Weitzman Group and The Whitfield Company where he worked with numerous national and local retailers including Chase, Wendy’s, The Home Depot, and MetroPCS.
