Townsand Cropsey

Vice President

Townsand joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2013 and has been in the real estate industry since 2006. In 2017, Townsand was promoted to vice president. Previously he worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) and Century 21 where he handled acquisitions and dispositions. At Century 21 Townsand was awarded the top producer award for closing 102 transactions in a calendar year.

Townsand specializes in representing and expanding national and regional restaurants and retailers throughout Southern California. His primary focus is representing mid-size box retailers in the greater Los Angeles market. He was named a CoStar Power Broker (2017) and a Century 21 Master’s Award (2009).

Townsand has a master’s degree from the University of La Verne, and a bachelor’s degree from California State University San Bernardino. He volunteers for the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program, where he mentors and advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children in the courtroom, classroom, and the health system. He is also actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) in Southern California.
