As executive vice president and principal in SRS’ San Francisco office, Tom knows retail. He has advised a multitude of clients and executed hundreds of transactions throughout Northern California over his 32-year career. Tom is a leader with a proven record of putting his clients first. Some of those clients include Dick’s Sporting Goods, DSW Shoes, Grocery Outlet, Natuzzi Italia, bp, Fidelity Investments, Ethan Allen, and KOHLER Signature Stores.

Tom possesses a significant record of achievement in providing comprehensive real estate and consulting services to retailers and landlords. He is a well-respected retail real estate professional who specializes in tenant representation and disposition services.

Tom understands strategic, multi-market expansion planning and implementation, resulting in high-volume, profitable stores. He has extensive knowledge in the Northern California retail landscape and has executed expansion programs for a variety of national retailers. As the market leader in Northern California, Tom’s vast experience with broker management, strategic planning, multi-service account coordination, and transaction execution culminates into a winning client strategy.

Prior to joining SRS, Tom spent seven years with CBRE (CB Commercial) in San Jose and Sacramento. At SRS, Tom served on the SRS Board of Directors for five years and has been recognized with numerous awards including the following:

Tom graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He served on the Board of Directors for The Guardsmen, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving underprivileged youth in the Bay Area.
