Todd Frank

Todd joined SRS in December of 2014 as part of the Walgreens team. He is responsible for all real estate activities in the Central US, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Las Vegas MSA and also responsible for property disposition in Georgia and Florida. Prior to joining SRS, Todd spent 18 years in the Walgreens real estate department, where he was responsible for site selection, acquisition and development of Walgreens stores in New York City, Long Island, Northern New Jersey, Ohio, Northern Kentucky, Western Pennsylvania, Georgia, Northern California, Nevada and the Chicago Metro Area. During that time, he was responsible for more than $2 billion worth of real estate transactions.

Todd also spent two years in the Walgreens law department and seven years in private practice as a real estate attorney. He has a Juris doctor and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
