Thomas Galvin joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as a Senior Research Analyst. In this role, Thomas will lead the development of in-depth market intelligence, data-driven analysis, spatial insights and competitive market research. He will also provide demographic analysis, customized maps and interactive dashboards to help tell the SRS industrial story and support strategic decision making.
Thomas brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate research and analytics with previous research roles at Stream Realty Partners, Transwestern, Colliers International and various economic development consulting firms. His expertise lies in translating complex market and economic data into actionable insights for commercial real estate owners, occupiers, brokers and investors.
Thomas has a B.S. in psychology from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo and a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas.
