Tess Wenger joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 in the Dallas office. Tess brings over 15 years of creative and strategic marketing experience to her role, supporting SRS’ growing industrial team with transaction management and marketing support. With a background that blends design leadership and project management, she prepares documentation, presentations, and proposals that support business development.
Prior to joining SRS, Tess served as a design project manager and graphic designer at Harwood International in Dallas, where she led branding and marketing efforts for high-profile luxury commercial real estate, hospitality, and cultural projects. She also has experience in marketing at York Properties and KLNB, a NAI Global Network Member.
Tess has a B.A. in English from George Mason University where she was on the women’s rowing team.
