Stewart Preston

Stewart specializes in tenant representation, site selection, and development/project leasing services. His focus centers around site selection for a diverse portfolio of national retailers across the southeastern region. Additionally, he works with national landlords and developers facilitating development and project leasing services, spanning throughout the southeast.

In addition to tenant representation and project leasing services, Stewart has experience in dispositions. He played a crucial role working with Walgreens on the disposition of their Rite Aid assets in both Georgia and South Carolina.

Stewart graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
