Somer Sanderson joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2022 with more than 15 years of recruiting experience. In her current role, she manages the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating. She collaborates with hiring managers and leadership to understand the hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver quality results. She will leverage various tools and platforms to identify and connect with active and passive candidates. As a corporate recruiter at SRS, she shares the company's vision of providing exceptional services and solutions as well as the company's mission, values, and operating principles. She strives to attract and retain diverse and qualified candidates who can contribute to SRS’ success and culture. Additionally, she supports onboarding and provides feedback and coaching to improve the candidate’s experience.
