Shannon Johnston

Shannon Johnston joined SRS in 2022 with 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently with Landry Commercial, she focuses on tenant and landlord representation for multi-market corporate clients. Prior to her role as a vice president with Landry Commercial’s Industrial Advisory Group, Shannon spent 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield. While there, she closed over 4 million square feet of industrial transactions and represented companies such as United Technologies, Ericsson, ABC Supply Company, Office Depot, and WorldPac. She was selected as a Rising Star for the company in 2014. Shannon was a pitcher for the Towson University softball team in Maryland. After college, she played for the Swedish National Softball Federation, making appearances in Euro Cups in Finland, Prague, Germany, Sweden, and Switzerland.
