Scott Williams joined SRS in 2026 and serves as Vice President with the National Multi-Tenant Advisory team at SRS Real Estate Partners in Dallas. Scott specializes in the investment sale of multi-tenant retail assets. At SRS, he continues his commitment to putting the client first, advising on the evaluation and disposition of real estate assets with unparalleled dedication and insight.
Prior to joining SRS, Scott helped launch and lead the investment sales platform at Falcon Realty Advisors, where he also sourced and acquired development opportunities for the firm's internal investment platform. He began his career as a Senior Analyst at NAI Robert Lynn, building a strong foundation in underwriting across retail, office, industrial, and multifamily asset classes. Over the course of his career, Scott has been involved in more than $200 million in transactions.
Scott's experience spans underwriting, acquisitions, development, and investment sales, giving him a well-rounded perspective that benefits clients on both sides of a transaction. He has cultivated an extensive network of private and high-net-worth investors, a resource he leverages to maximize value and execution for his clients.
Scott holds a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Economics from Texas State University, where he played collegiate golf.
